hi.i bought a mobile phone from your flipkart.i received it on **.**.**.after receiving i am ready to use the mobile but it didn't even switched on.i place a replacement request on **.**.**.after that flipkart executives interact with me although there is no use.they rejected my replacement request after ** day i.e on **.**.****. FLIPKART executives always stated that there is a technical issue with the seller and they wont help.some executives said that approach the apple care.Then i approached the care and they said kindly negotiate with flipkart because you didn't even use it. iam tired of talkIng with FLIPKART executives.they always disconnecting my call in middle of the conversation.i paid *****/- for the product.the product is not used and intact in condition. and its been ** days still not resolved my problem.
