Defective product delivered and neither replaced nor refunded Open

I purchased a fujitsu lifebook from, Paytm, the product they delivered is defective since arrival. Initially they wasted 2 days, the app showed return/replacement error. And then, When I asked for replacement, they are asking me to contact Fujitsu service centre, even though the product has 10 days replacement. Fujitsu customer support is telling to contact Paytm for replacement.
Resolution Demanded: An apology letter from company official, Get refund or credit for your purchase, Get service/product replaced or fixed for free
