I received the pigeon kettle on ** aug and immediately upon seeing that it's a defective product I raised a return but Jiomart is saying packaging is fine and it cannot be returned.. I raised return request on ** aug and it's ** day today no one visited to check and take a return for this defective product
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
