I have raised Complaint on ** Feb ****. As per the technician the part has to be replaced. After that I have contacted customer care and other people (name and contact numbers given by customer care executives). I didn't proper response and got rude responses.
And the problem is not fixed even after **+ days.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
