Defective Onida TV Open

Complaint filed against: Onida
I have raised Complaint on 12 Feb 2018. As per the technician the part has to be replaced. After that I have contacted customer care and other people (name and contact numbers given by customer care executives). I didn't proper response and got rude responses.
And the problem is not fixed even after 25+ days.
Resolution Demanded: Get service/product replaced or fixed for free
