the product I purchased from Asus company which is an ASUS ROG LAPTOP SERIAL NO- M*NRKD********* which has not yet been completed a year and have visited the service center thrice in two months according to their service center they have already replaced my motherboard, keyboard, and battery and the motherboard has been replaced twice in this process and still, my laptop is malfunctioning and is getting shut down multiple times in *-**min of time span. I am highly disappointed in the product but more than the kind of service this company has been providing is pathetic and shameful. the service center has dragged this matter for almost * months now and yet zero results none of the company employees are ready to take any responsibility. I had a personal talk with the Mumbai regional head MR. Satish Raut committed me that he will take this matter to his highest priority and give me a replacement but as of now, he responded by saying that he will not be able to give me a replacement and he can only change my parts which have happened thrice am sick of changing my parts yet with zero outcomes I want my product to be replaced or give me a full refund as I have zero trust on your product and your services its pathetic because of their lack of services I have suffered incredible losses in my professional work as am an architect and need this laptop for my work because of their lack of services I have lost my clients. this has created mental distress for me and I want compensation for all these matters now I .have been patient for almost * months now I cannot wait more n suffer more losses financially and mentally.
they have offered me a *moth warranty extension and repair. I do not want it I already gave them multiple chances to resolve this matter. I what my money back now and compensation for all the losses
