Vishal Nigam filed complaint against Myntra on Jan 27, 2022
On Jan **, **** (*:** PM) a product name "GUESS men navy blue analogue watch" worth Rs.**** got delivered,
After opening the package we found that inside the watch dial the Date/Day dial hand (pin) was out of socket and was not working, although the watch was working but the date sub-dial inside the watch was not as the pin (hand) that points towards the day (i.e M,T,W etc) was broken and out of socket,
So I immediately opened the myntra app placed the return request (as exchange option was not provided), at *:** PM (on the delivery date itself of Jan **, ****), within **-** minutes of the delivery I placed the return,
So the next day the delivery guy came and informed me that since the product is defective/damaged I need to upload photos as he had request of smart pickup, so I informed him there is no option to upload the photos while I was placing a return on myntra app, then he informed me how to do that and I did that after placing my request on hold,
After ** hrs my return request was canceled telling me that the product was quality checked in warehouse so they can't accept return, And since then I have been trying to place a return / exchange but every time the same thing happens,
I called almost on a daily basis (except **th january ****) to talk to the agent and explain my issues and spend around **-** minutes but nothing seem to work,
I have been a customer of Myntra and it's parent company Flipkart since **** when I was a kid, (been ** years), with flipkart recently I purchased high value items like (iPhones, headphones, android phones and stuff) also my brother shops online from these company frequently as well, As the matter of this watch, I had purchased as a gift for him, and now I am facing this issue for my long term loyalty towards Flipkart/Myntra brand,
However, one thing is for sure that I can never sit back when it's not my fault,
