Fireboltt - Defective device collected and not replaced

I bought Fireboltt invincible smart watch and within * months it malfunctioned, after putting up with the company finally it was replaced after a month.
The replaced Fireboltt invincible unit also malfunctioned after * months and the company collected the defective device.
It's been * months since the defective item is collected i have neither got replacement not refund. my emails are ignored and the company had gone incommunicado.
I took to twitter but no use.
