I have purchased LG * stars ac: model no. Lg sac *.* ton *sinv ks q**gwzd; LG IDU *.*t *sinv ks_q**gwzd and serial no. Gm*_ ***nahf******iu on **/*/**** from Reliance Digital Pvt. Ltd, Gachibowli, Hyderabad. However, the cooling level of the ac has become nil means no cooling at all. Hence, I have lodged a complaint in the LG customer care at Hyderabad. The service engineer from the LG named Mr Samad (contact no **********) attended the issue and told that me the ac is having the gas problem without inspecting properly both the outdoor and indoor units. Till now he has not even reported about the issue to the LG care. He has not resolved the issue yet and misguided us.
The LG authorized service centre named s.K.U.A, Madhapur, Hyderabad has no qualified engineers because of Mr Zubair from the said service centre can’t read and write anything. When I asked he said I am illiterate. The LG is giving the authorization to run the service centre who is not even fit for this job. The skua service centre is also appointed some Raudi/Gundas named Mr Mahesh supervisor (contact no. **********) who misbehaved me shouted at my husband and said I will not send any engineer do whatever you want to do? We can’t give you any guarantee go and complain wherever you want. I am suffering like anything after purchasing the LG product because of LG and Reliance Digital Pvt. Ltd has cheated me. I am being harassed and tortured by both LG and Reliance Digital Pvt. Ltd.
I also lodge a complaint to the Reliance Digital Pvt. Ltd Gachibowli on **/*/**** and the service engineer named Mr Sultan attended on **/**/**** only after I went to the reliance digital store personally. After a thorough inspection, he reported that the motherboard (PCB board) of the outdoor unit is not working and the fan also not moving. He also told that the unit is a defect one. When I contacted LG care manager Mr Vinay (contact no. **********) about the issue he told me that lg will not give you any warranty because you have purchased the ac from the reliance digital. It is nothing but harassment as the lg has given me the warranty for the product.
I have also sent emails several times to the lg care Bombay at serviceindia@lge.com on *th May **** */*/** and */*/****. However, it has not taken any action on the issue to replace the ac till now. Similarly, I have also written emails to Vikramjeet Anand CEO escalation team reliance digital retail ltd, but till now he has not taken any action in this regard. Over phone also I have contacted him several times to solve the issue, but he is not showing any interest to resolve the matter. The reliance service centre people are taking their own time and till now they have not replaced the product. Due to their negligence in the hot summer, we are suffering, especially my father (age ** years) who is a heart patient is suffering a lot because the ac is installed in his bedroom. For such suffering the Reliance Digital Pvt. Ltd and lg are solely responsible.
Again on **/*/**** Mr Zubair, service engineer from lg has visited my home and inspected the ac. He told that it is having a gas problem since the air pressure is only ***/**. It should be minimum ***-***. After that, I contacted several times to the service engineer from reliance digital named Venkatesh (contact no. **********), Mr Chandu, the store manager (contact no. **********), Ms Smitha, the store manager (contact no. ***-********/********. However, they are simply ignoring the issue and passing the time without doing anything from last ** ** days. On **/**/**** they sent one service engineer who filled the gas, even when the cooling level of the ac is almost nil. When I am keeping ** temperature (high cool) it is giving only ** to ** temperatures after even two hours, this also I have already informed to reliance digital and lg, even then they are simply ignoring the matter and keeping silent.
The Reliance Digital Pvt. Ltd and lg have cheated me and my family as well as they are harassing me by calling from different numbers, especially the lg people from Bombay. Hence, I request you to take necessary action immediately for replacing the ac or compensation of Rs. ******/- for the loss, cheating, harassment. For this act of your kindness, I shall be ever grateful to you and obliged.
