Hello there,
On *st August ****, I ordered my Transparent Full Rim rectangle glasses from lenskart, it arrived on *th August.
And within *-* days i faced several issues with that glasses :-
*. My severe headaches due to new glasses
*. Its hinges were so loose, it got broke out in just * week.
*. My specs case were also worn out
And much more issues with it,
So at ** August, i have * options,
*. Exchange it
*. Get a Refund
So i go for exchange (thinking, previous glass fault can be mistaken)
So for exhanging i clearly mentioned all * reasons and booked for exchange,
Process was simple
*. My old glass will be picked up by courier to Lenskart.
*. Then Lenskart will exchange that with new glasses.
But now real problem started,
Two times this happened,
ON **/**/****,
*. Pickup guy from delhivery refuses to pick up my order saying there was no mentioning of broken hinges in the forum (which i clearly mentiones in time of exchanging) and he refuses to pickup, then new pickup got rescheduled.
*. Again on **/**/****, new pickup guy from delhivery again refuses to pick up for various reasons.
My exams are going on, i am facing terrible issues and this is so overwhelming.
Very bad customer service from Lenskart.
I was fallen out of patience and then looked forward to complain in consumer court.
