- Defect Deficiency in Product Service Open

(i) Solar Equipment bought as agreed suffers from severe shortcomings in Design, Specifications, Short-Supply, Defects and Harassments though purchased at a very high cost from a said to be leading Solar Company;
(ii) Services agreed suffer from severe deficiency & negligence such as delay in supply leading to monetary loss, delay in attention leading to monetary loss, recurring monthly loss in solar generation, harassments of unnecessary monitoring, unilateral installation/commissioning, extra expense incurred in structural work, Insurance not complied, attention not being facilitated through *rd party etc;
(iii) Protection in my ongoing Senior Citizen days for continued Service (even at risk & cost of the agency) as per their offer that extends up to ** years;
(iii) Relief, Replacement of Inverter and in addition Compensation on account of monetary loss and harassments as an aggrieved Senior Citizen.
