It is hard to explain everything but in short it is totally fraud like if I am dialing Vodafone customers care number to contact for assistance on different number ***,***,****,*** to do complaint ( I was getting a FLASH message frequently for activation *rs.)
To do complaint regarding that I want to complain on *** Vodafone complain number but in place of assistance I got lot of promotions, VAS service schemes and many more but no options fr contact to customer care representatives, In morning **rs deduced from my balance and one of very bad ringtone they activated on my number. I am feeling shameful for it too.
I want my money back and stop it Asap.
