There was an offer on flipkart in big billion days sale which was on ** oct **** to ** oct **** that if i will recharge for the amount greater than Rs.*** i will get Rs.*** instant discount so i rechargerd with Rs.*** and it showed me that Rs*** instant discount applied and i had to pay Rs.*** so i paid it but due to rupay card of paytm bank the amount doesn't show in the OTP sms and i paid after that i checked my bank statement it showed they deducted Rs.*** from my account. When i contacted they said they will help me within **hrs and then they closed my ticket and i didn't got any solution.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
