- Declining to repair the laptop which is under warranty Open

Type - LAPTOP Date of Purchase - ** AUG **** Under Warranty - YES Amount Paid: ***** + ****(* YRS. EXTEND WARRANTY ) PROBLEM : I always used my laptop as it was costly, I have not used the laptop daily for just approx ** days in a month, laptop was working and shut down the laptop and kept it safely in a drawer and a few weeks later I tried to use the laptop was not turning on, I called HP support they did some troubleshooting via video call and they said that they will arrange a Technician that will visit and check the issue and resolve it at home itself. A technician came and found that due to some reason the smallest part was burned/short circuit, it was at the smallest tiny part and then he said that will forward this photo via mail to the HP company they will approve or reject. I was shocked how come when the issues were not from my end neither by physical or any kind of liquid damage why approval was needed it was the internal part been damaged by itself so the company should either replace or repair the product that is under warranty. After the technician visited and went I followed up with him regarding the approval he tried to bribe his words were "give some money and I will do your work fast as claiming that he has the contact with the main person in the service center"( I have proof as a chat).
Lastly, he contacted me the day later and informed me that your request has been declined and the company has mentioned that due to the thermal event it is not covered under warranty. My understanding here is I bought this heavy machine worth **,*** and just after * year not with more usage and never used it for heavy purposes as well, the part gets damaged from inside at its own without any physical or liquid damage obvious, so the company should accept that the part was faulty and they should either replace or repair the part. Further, I got a call from HP stating the requ was declined and they said the n motherboard will be approx more than **k this hit me really hard.
