Bajaj Auto - Dealer staffs misbehaved and not get proper services

I purchased Bajaj Avenger Street *** bike from Bharat Automobiles, Nayapalli, Bhubaneswar, Odisha on **th April **** which I have legal owner certificate. The bike has not completed its one year and it has faced many problems. Each and every time the service persons are not able to fix out the actual problem rather they are cheating with me by spending an extra amount of money of mine but the problem is still there. Another thing is that when I went for a servicing on **th April **** at the aforementioned service centre they said to me to change so many parts and I accept. After completion of the service, the bill was Rs. **** including labour charges Rs. ***. When I went billing section to pay my bill and wished to pay my bill through debit card swipe, the bill desk authority told me that they will charge an extra *.**% which is Rs. ** on every purchase of more than Rs. **** which I refused to pay. Suddenly the manager of the showroom came to me and abused me slang and came up to beat me. When I used to get photos of the angry manager he just pulled out my mobile and deleted the photos which I captured. They did not give my key after I paid the full bill in cash. After falling at their knees they kept a xerox copy of my invoice and give me the key which hurt my moral dignity as a valuable customer of Bajaj.
