Bajaj Auto - Bad customer service

I want to share my whole buying experience with you. First of all I m from udaipur, rajasthan and our city have only one dealership i.e. rajmandir bajaj, I have bought pulsar ***n in July ****, when I visited showroom there was no one to properly guide us or take us through all the products, they were like sales are boosted, we don't have to do anything. After that I asked them about my vehicle registration, they told me it will take a month. After a month I called them they didn't responded. (I work in bank and my posting is in nearby town and I can't visit on weekdays) Although I found some window and made a visit to showroom, there the responsible person said that we forgot to process your registration, it will take few more days. I was like don't they have any SOP's. After that there was no followup from their side, I have to call several times to get my registration plates. I haven't received RC till now. They neither called me once. There was no after sales feedback taken, nothing. I guess Bajaj auto doesn't worry about customer experience, also I want to point out a thing. That dealership was a mess, it was like some old bad govt office.

Another case with me was yesterday, when I visited them for servicing my bike, there he asked me is it paid or free, I told him that this was my *rd service (*st and *nd I have done from other city as I work multicity and travel through bike), there the person denied and told me to come after * days, I said him that I don't have holidays and Saturday is the only day that I can come. He denied and no one was there to help. This is all because of monopoly in udaipur. Udaipur is a big city and a single small dealership which doesn't give a damn about customer couldn't handle it.

I don't know weather my mail will consider as important or not but this is a huge concern and many people are frustrated with that dealership. Please Google rajmandir bajaj, udaipur and read reviews. Help your customers in udaipur
