I had bought Bajaj averager *** street **** on *th March ****. My service center is Bagga link Najafgarh New Delhi. Just after *st service in April **** approximate after ***km running, the missing problem (engine stop without acceleration) started. Went to SC, they updated the software, bike worked for approx * day and then again same issue. Went again to SC, updated software, worked for two days, again issue. After that they checked it thoroughly and changed it's throttle body which worked for *-* months, after that problem started, went to SC, same procedure, updated software as workaround, worked for *-* days. Went again to SC checked it and replaced the fuel tank. It worked for *-* months, problem started again, went to SC applied *-* days workaround, went again, they changed one sensor, which again worked for *-* days and then problem started. After that in January ****, throttle body again changed which worked till May **** and having same problem again. Went to SC, updated software, worked for *-* days. Now I am on this situation, bike is having same problem since I bought it.
Bike engine can stop anytime, which is a danger for me now. Till now I was somehow managing it and gave sufficient time to Bajaj to identify the root cause and fix it permanently but I can't take it further now.
This bike clearly having manufacturing defect and this should be replaced otherwise if there will be any mishappening/accident happens on this bike in future, Bajaj will be responsible for that because bike engine can stop anytime in running speed which we already know. Same problem is reoccurring again and again. Kindly check the bike part change history with SC because they don't provide us any kind of document.
