Bajaj pulsar *** purchased in **** in kishanganj Bihar but the engine was seized in ****. Local mechanic charged heavily but I cannot repaired the bike due to heavy charges. Now I cannot use my bike and Noone want to purchase it.Now what have I do? Please help and guide me
