Hi, I received an email yesterday in which receipent name was different. I am not aware who that person is. I am afraid that someone is using or has used my personal email address to login to uber app. There customer service is so pathetic they neither pick up the calls nor they have any email on which we can seek any redressal. Even the hell service available on the app is of no use. I need the full information about the person to whom the mail was refered. As this case is of breach of sensitive information of a customer , If ubet doesn't respond in **hours then it can cause a big trouble to them .
