I had purchased a Rockerz *** pro M Bluetooth Headset with Beast * months ago in which I was facing minor battery backup issue. Now on **th May I had put in a return request req no is ******** and the product which the blue dart courier boy received from me was absolutely A* and ok product . But now I have been told by customer care that my product is damaged.
