I ordered a four door wardrobe on **th Mar ** and the product was delivered on *th Apr**. While carpenter came to assemble the product it was found the product was damaged. I raise a request for refund and till yet I have not to get any solution from Pepperfry studio. Every time they tell me that "team is working on my issue, they will contact me in a day. But the irony is that they never come back and also from last *-* days the damaged product is lying in my house.
As the damaged product has blocked one of my bedrooms, I contacted customer care again on **th Apr**. I was bluntly told that I have to keep the damaged product minimum till **th April **** and if required may be more. Please look into this and help me to get a refund and get this scarp wardrobe out from my house. Very pathetic customer experience and customer handling by the Pepperfry call centre.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
