I have ordered Panasonic ** inch led tv through Tata Cliq website. The product got delivered on time, but I found tampering on the packing so I opened the box to check out and I found the led tv screen was broken. I requested a return. But there is no proper response from Tata Cliq. The returns were initiated on **th April. Till now I didn't get any response. The order I'd is *********, was delivered through a blue dart.
They are saying since you have opened the box we can't initiate a return. There is no such terms and conditions mentioned on the website. And the packing didn't mention things like fragile product or handle with care.
I m attaching the invoice and pics of the product. Please help me with this issue.
