I have bought Noise Pulse Buzz watch on **th July from Noise online store. Upon receiving the product I couldn't use it as the app noise prime was not able to find the watch only. Then Upon trying many times, it connected but all other functions were defective. UI is unresponsive. Call function does work properly and even the watch faces doesnt download. Then they made a replacement and claimed it to be a new one. But still the same issues came up when delivered it for the second time. And which made their statements false because they didnt send me any new product but claimed it to be new. But i have experienced the same issues all over again. Upon calling them several times they behave rudely and doesnt help at all. Rather they disconnects the call. They arw running a fraud business all over India. Please help me get my refund.
