Had ordered a TV From Flipkart order no. OD******************. Account - no- ********** . When package was delivered The TV had a cracked screen. Jeevies installation guys came for installation and return packaging (i have sms proof). I created return within ** minutes of delivery of the product. The return request was finally approved. But Flipkart while approved my return request,told their courier boy not to pickup the package, and the return request was cancelled without my consent. After that again I created another return request with same item damaged reason, afterwards nobody picked up as before. Flipkart called and told that I have selected the right return reason and it's courier fault hence they would resolve the issue by **. .After doing ** calls. Multiple Twitter, Facebook, Instagram followup And trying to return the item from last month. I have all call recording, all screenshot to prove my point which cannot be uploaded in * mail. Revert back if you require any proof.

I have ordered a TV xiomi *A OD******************.
Got damaged TV. . Jeevies installation guy as eye witness. Damage isn't big from outside but entire display doesn't work due to small crack.
I created return request within ** minutes. TV installation was never done.
Finally pickup was accepted for Damaged item reason. And Flipkart told courier executive not to pickup so that my return period gets closed.
And that happened, courier boy denied return even though return reason was damaged item delivered.
After ** failed pickup attempts (your courier boy denied pickup of the damaged item every time even though return reason was correct)and cancellation of return request, I called Flipkart, they created return request under wrong return reason knowingly i.e. ACCESSORIEs damaged to scam me. But I have recording of it also.
Then I cancelled the return as return reason was wrongly given by Flipkart and checked to see that Flipkart had knowingly removed the return reason 'damaged item' only damaged accessories was there (screenshot proof attached)
So I couldn't create a return under right reason. And I told the same to Flipkart.
They promised resolution by **. From backend team. Who never once contacted me. And no response was given.
Then I contacted social media escalation department. They promised to respond in **- ** hr. But it's been * days since promised date.
I also created multiple grievances in consumer forum.
Then in NGOs. Then I had to consult a lawyer who will send a legal notice but still waiting for a response till ** th.
It pains me immensely not because I lost *****₹ to your scams but because I have wasted ** days of time and my mental condition because of this. I have neglected my work and important tasks to get nothing from Flipkart.
