They are returned back damaged product parcel, as per the legal agreement they are going to pay up to ****Rs from the insurance of each lost and damaged parcels. My * parcel damaged and not providing appropriate result. My * more parcel lost while return back parcel, As per customer communication parcel pickup by a delivery boy and close request return parcel. - Still these both cases pending last * months and followup every time no resolution provide.
Also as per the agreement they are given pricing structure, but RTO parcel and Air delivery parcel pricing taking much more as per the given agreement in pricing. So each parcel account charges take much more as compared to given legal agreement. This case going on last more than ** to ** month also the same scenario happen in last month also. I have all the mail conversation with mail poofs. Also while calling to support that time telling providing support but after that no support over mail and just fake talk on calls.
I am attaching proofs of mail with mail conversion and not support if you need given pricing given to me as per the agreement, I have, which also mansion in mail also.
