I have ordered a package on **,July,**** and to be delivered on *th August but it is marked as delivered without my consent and I didn't get any refund or the package. They are not even replying for complaints and emails.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
