This is Rishabh here. Today I have received my few items and one of the item was in a damaged condition. I paid money for the item then why I should have to keep the damaged item. Please asked your to take it back and refund my money.

One more thing your chat customer support executives was transferring my chat without any confirmation. It been three hours going to be completed but still there is no resolution. You customer care executive taking * minutes * minutes time for responding.
