I ordered about ** items altogether and everything was packed except ice cream. Delivery agent handed me fully damaged ice cream, upon asking he said "compliant kardo kuch nahi hoga" I find it funny as even they know that swiggy never does anything for such cases yet I dropped an email with images however response received was "feedback passed" I ignored it. I started unpacking items and I ordered Gobindo bhog premium rice *kgs which is full of worms and I am unable to upload video via email so I raised it on Twitter yet I have not received any single replies on it. The fact I paid RS *** for rice , I will never expect item like that. Why won't I asked for replacement/refund because I paid for both.
