- Damaged Item neither replaced nor refunded Closed
I order * items from https://www.nestroots.com/ . Out of these * item (New Teak Wood Cake Stand) arrived damaged. I contacted the only number provided on website (+** **********), shared pictures of damaged item on WhatsApp, following which person said they will ship replacement very next day. After * week when I called again, I was informed the item is out of stock and there may be delay. After April **, there is no response whatsoever from this number. Calls are never picked up & messages are being ignored. Their twitter account is suspended . I have posted message on Instagram account (https://www.instagram.com/nestroots/) & founder's account (Chhavi Singh), but no reply yet. Facebook account (https://www.facebook.com/nestroots) doesn't seem very active . Kindly help follow up.
