nestroots - Wrong package delivered

I have ordered face mask from myntra(seller was nestroots). I have received something else instead of my ordered package, so inorder to resolve this, i have contacted myntra customer care as they are not attending calls so i have contact them through mails.They told me to share the image of the package i have shared everything related to product they asked but later on they simply close my issue without resolving it.From last week i am struggling with this problem but they were not responding .I havent order this product then why should i keep it. Seriously, their way of dealing with it is not appropriate .That's why i am writing here, please suggest me what should i do, i have already raise issue three times but they keep on closing it.
