nestroots - Delay in delivery of the product

I ordered fruit basket on **th August and product is not yet delivered. It is stuck at some Delhi Samhalkha surface apex as per DTDC tracking since **th August. Customer representative has not given any details about the delay. They just responded me once with the tracking link. No further update.
