nestroots - Product Not Deliver

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I placed an order for a working chair several months ago and made an advance payment, but I still have not received it. The product was promised to be delivered within * days, yet there has been no update.
I have reached out multiple times via email and chat—more than ** emails in total—but received no response. There is no helpline number to contact, and the support team has been completely unhelpful. Even now, I have neither received my product nor any response from the support team. Overall, the service and customer support are extremely poor. I would not recommend this company.
