Wooden street furniture pvt ltd - Damaged furniture delivered

Damaged furniture delivered on ** November ****. Dropped an email to Mr Garvit on ** November **** and the same has been addressed within a week. After a month of use the wooden furniture failed durability standards and fell down on ground having my mom and myself on it. We had severe back pain for a week. The front leg of the furniture went side ways like a plastic furniture. The same has been reported by E-Mail to Garvit on ** December ****. The furniture has been taken back and they have shared other furniture options. But since we have lost trust on their furniture durability we asked them for a refund which they are denying to do so. I would request the government to take necessary action against Wooden Street so that my money is refunded. Again I am not only the victim but there are many.
