Dr Aquaguard Magna HD RO+UV NXT: At the time of verifying about this product to purchase their sales team has said to us it will give **** litres of water consumption. Once they install it after that we have to change the filter and then again it will come around for **** Litre. I have bought this product from Eureka Forbes Limited (Ponnurangam Road, R.S. Puram, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India - ******). I have attached the Invoice for your reference.
Based on their feedback we have bought the product. But after buying this product for **K with * year warranty period within * months (Daily maximum we are consuming ** Litre of water. So in * months we have consumed around **** Litre maximum not more than that) we have faced the problem water get stopped from the water purifier. The service technician came and change the filter and he said: "Next time this problem will not appear, sorry for the inconvenience". Again after * months, the same problem appears the water gets stopped almost a week back. I have raised a complaint on **th May **** (My Complaint No. **********) still, no one has sorted out this issue and they have not even come and attended the issue till now. We have almost called them for more than ** times during this week. But on their website they have said within ** hours they will attend the service.
Only one call I have attended from the service team after * days back from the complaint raised period. They have said to us at the time of installation they have to forget to install one pump to control the pressure, due to that reason the filter got choked. If we install that then the problem will not appear in the future. But last time when they did the service * months back, they have not informed about this issue. Now in the warranty period, they are asking us money to install the pump and filter (Filter cost its almost *k). It is actually their fault and when we raised a complaint during the warranty period, they are asking money to us. Now **K what I have spent it’s almost useless.
