- Daily harrasment over phone sms and email to renew a terminated subscription Closed
I have terminated my internet subscription with Hathway broadband services on November **th ****. Modem and router have been picked up by the company on the **/**/****. I have emailed them the pick up challan. I did everything that was requested yet I'm receiving daily calls/sms/emails from the company. It's non stop and every single day. I have repeatedly and very politely asked them to make sure I would stop receiving calls/sms/emails yet it has not stopped. That behaviour is absolutely disgusting. On top of that every time I ask for someone to talk to in English the operator hangs up the phone. Every time I ask to talk to a supervisor the operator hangs up the phone too.
