Jiomart - Customer escalation regarding Jiomart services Item not delivered and Refund also not initiated

I have ordered groceries on **-**-**** Order no. #*****************A for the rupees ****.** Rs.

**/**/** morning i received a message stating that ****.** Rs. refund has been initiated.

I wasn't aware that some items which i was ordered wasn't available so they billed for remaining amount.

I received a call from jiomart agent on yesterday asking for address to deliver. I told them to cancel the whole order because only few items were only they having. He acknowledged the same.

If i checked the jiomart application it shows the item was delivered.

*. If they dont have the product it should not reflect it in the available list in the app.

*. I wasn't noticed before, only very few items were invoiced and initiated a refund for the remaining amount

*. Informed to the jiomart representative to cancel the complete order but still now it wasn't happened(Having the call record)

*. Item also not delivered, refund also not initiated for the complete amount but in jiomart app it showing product is delivered

Already three times raised complaint with cshead@jiomart.com and cs@jiomart.com

Complained raised in twitter jio support as well no response.

Contacted customer care they are helpless they dont have the access to do refund. (Pathetic support)
