I made a recharge of *** plan on my bsnl GSM no. ********** on ** Dec ** however my phone is not working yet neither they are showing any fault against my number i tried to contact the customer care service *** times but no response from them just droping call after I choose the prefered language it is not just the matter of *** rupees it is matter of service they promise it has been three days I trying to contact customer service but no response they have just blocked my services I m not able to make outgoing calls from ** Dec **. I had already deposited *** rupees as my security deposit in the company at least they should provide service to user for a day or two after recharge expires against the security deposit.
