I had booked JetAirways and Airfrance flight for a round trip from Blr to Ams and back via Goibibo. My JetAiways flight got cancelled. And it was mentioned in the mail that a partial refund will be initiated for the JetAirways flight. Following the cancellation, Goibibo closed all its customer care numbers. So I booked Emirates flight from Blr to Ams again through Goibibo. Now, after a week of this mishap, Airfrance rescheduled flight in place of Jetairways and refused to give refund else Cancel the entire itinerary. Since I booked my tickets through Goibibo, this is its responsibility to handle individual flights issues, not ours. Either we lose our entire itinerary booking worth ***** or Emirates tickets worth *****. Goibibo refuses to resolve this issue. Customer care is not responding. And no number of complaint tickets raised are being processed. Goibibo is closing all complaint tickets without resolving the issue. It is not our responsibility to talk to individual flight vendors since we had booked our tickets through Goibibo. I need an entire Emirates refund or partial JetAirways refund, without hampering my travel itinerary. Horrible customer care support from Goibibo's side.
