Credit card was closed in the branch on July ****, I had a issues with indusind and I closed my entire relationship with indusind bank and at the same time I paid my credit card balance dues and handed over the card to Mrs. Meenakshi. Now I am getting a sms, asking me to pay due bills. The branch and the branch manager are not care about, and forcing me to pay. Mrs. Meenakshi has confirmed that customer has paid all the dues and she sent an email for the card closure. Mr. Ganesh the area manager also same and not customer focused. Mr. Frankil who is head for the Ganesh he has a worst behaviour, he even not responded the messages. The worst bank with worse service.
