I have been chasing SBI Credit card department team from last * month for the settlement of my due amount against my credit card but have not resolved my concern. On *th-Sept-** I received an email from them stating that my settlement amount would be ***** and valid till **-Sep-** and I was asked to give consent on the same, I gave the consent on the same day itself and again I received an email stating that I will be updated further by **-Sep-** but even after regular follow ups didn’t get any response from them and today I’m received another email stating that my settlement amount would be ***** and valid till **-Sep-** which is already gone. They have not specified any reason of increment in the settlement and have not given any justification on my previous request on which consent was already given. I’m tired of chasing them and writing here for the help in this matter.
