Dear Sir,
On **th July **** I have received an email from SBI stating that my credit card has been blocked due to suspected activity. I have responded via email and clarified their doubts. Eventually SBI has agreed to unblock my CC after verification of evidence and provided a case number ************* as well as a deadline for activation has been given as **nd August ****. After many followup no progress were made so far hence i would like to register a complaint for my rights based on the above facts. Please find the evidence for my claim.
