I have taken moratorium and unable to pay that so recovery team from sbi forced me to go for settlement and I have called customer care and raised request and they decided ****** rupees as settlement amount then again I raised another service request for two installments and asked to reduce to * lakhs but they didn't agreed so I have made payment ****** rupees as one time . They told they will send settlment letter via email or to address but they didn't send that settlement letter till now. I have done this payment on ** september **** from november I am doing follow for the same for the settlement letter through mails writing to Nodal officer of sbi card and service request . Even though I have EMI cycles I went for settlement to stop this harassment call but again from Feb **** they started calling me for the payment. and they are not listening that I have done settlement and they are telling that settlement was invalid and all.
Clearly I got the confirmation from the sbi executive while making the payment that the paid amount is for settlement. and promised that there will be no more calls but still I am receiving calls from recovery team and they are telling that they are filing case complaint and all.
I have all proofs service request numbers and payment receipt. While making the payment sbi will be recording my discussion with executive that will be with them. so please provide justice. I borrowed ****** from others and did settlement still paying interest to them again these SBI credit card is harassing me. please do the needful
