I have recently paid unwanted annual fee on the sbi card (which was closed as per my conversation with CC executive). But they charged me extra and late fees, which I had to pay (approx INR ****).
I have raised requests to close my card (weird , already closed card), they provided me * different request numbers. As per SBICard CC team, I will receive NOC letter on my address and on my registered email address.
So far, I didn't get this NOC.... And CC team is telling me that they don't have any status on it..
SBI Card is cheating and hunting customers....
Please help me.
