I would like to raise a grievance on sbi card on the worst customer services and harassment on keep on adding monthly charges without doing settlement.

With the reference of Interaction Id- *-*********** Statement Related Issues/Statement Calculation/Clarification raised on *rd Oct **** followed by several tickets raised with SBI Card for reversal the late payment charges and finalize the outstanding amount for closure of the account hassle-free but there is no response or notice received from SBI Card stating that I have to pay agreed settlement amount unless I chased with them for doing the settlement with Interaction Id:*-***********.
Herewith I would like to express my feelings that, I am totally disappointed with the quality of customer service provided by SBI Card and raising grievance for the further considering reversal of the amount levied by SBI Card of ****/- as I made payment against all my purchased amount already and also paid late payment charges until Sep **** (****/-). However I am asked to pay all fine/charges until June **** which is not at all my mistake and this is totally injustice to me.
Nobody from Customer care, Nodal officer or Service head able to clarify my queries raised via * tickets rather just keeping quite and let the amount increase on every month. Nevertheless I am fully concerned on how team is being paid salary without addressing customer’s queries? This is already raised with team but response is ONE robotic reply "Pay outstanding...pay outstanding"
What is the follow up SLA in closing the account?
Is it whenever Customer interested to close the amount? or SBI Card will start sending communication/notice after *-** years when amount reached to * lakhs -* crore??
Why SBI Card team didn't followup with the customer and sending communication via email?
This is very strange that customer like me is fully ignored after associated with SBI Card more than ** years and no outstanding amount was delayed through out my payment history.
The below monthly fine/charges breakup clearly states that, team is not at all serious to address the issue rather just keeping quiet and awaiting bill amount to be increased.

Herewith I would request you to advise SBI Card team to kindly consider my request on reversal of fine/charges of ****.** rupees (**** rupees paid from total outstanding ****) until Sep **** generated by SBI Card and close my account without any outstanding from my side.
Also I would request you to compensate amount of **,*** against my valuable time and undergone harassment due to robotic reply from SBI Card’s Customer care.
