Hello Sir,
I am fed up with yesbank representatives who don't know basic Math also.
On the month of september, my bill is of *****.**
Transactions.
Debits:

****.**
*.**
Credits:
****.**
In the *****.** = *****.** + *****.**
The *****.** is converted to EMI.
So, I need to pay *****.**
On **th, the money got refunded from Amazon, of *****.** but my EMI is active.
As I will be paying *****.** as EMI for the refunded transaction, I will be left with paying * times the same amount (Amazon Refund + monthly EMI).
So, I excluded the *****.** and paid the remaining amount of ****.**
But your representative called me and telling to pay the *****.** also.
Why would I pay that?
It is already credited from Amazon
My extra *****.** is with you guys already.
Why should I pay again?
She is telling that, I will get extra charges if I not pay by bill date.
