Realme - Couldn t complete my problem in my laptop

I buy realme book slim * months ago. Now the laptop is not working. I contact to realme customer care services and tell about my problem but they only told me to update the laptop. After updating the laptop it still didn't work.after this they didn't answering my call. I contact to realme service center but they said that they didn't have service of laptop.my laptop is not working from last one month.
