TANUJ SINGHAL filed complaint against Flipkart on Aug 2, 2018
I ordered an * TB hard disk on **.**.**** and tried to pay the amount via my gift card already added in my wallet. But while ordering, the wallet amount was not getting reflected anywhere and there was no EGV option available. The gift card was about to expire on **.**.****. The same was communicated to flipkart customer care but no solution was provided. Finally, they told on **.**.**** morning that since your card has expired you will not be able to use it anymore.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
