Jio Fiber - Correction for wrong recharge done

I wanted to do a recharge in Jio fiber for ** mbps for three months. The recharge was done for ***mbps for * month, by mistake.
I sought a refund or to change the plan, which is refused by the company. There are several mails exchanged on this subject, however my request was turned down by the company. Company like Reliance go out of the way to satisfy their customer, but in my case it was not done
