I have booked cooler on **.**.** model no
Eco *** for Rs ***** also paid delivery charges *** total amount paid *****. I continuously taking follow up for getting delivery on *.**.**. On the evening the concerned person confirmed to me that they will deliver the cooler on **.**.** morning only. After taking follow up on **.**.** today now they are still not confirmed me and told me that the model is not available. They trying to said me nothing can happen on that model. So they also not confirming for the delivery. I want your help in the concern matter. The bill is attached herewith for your information and reference. Kindly help to get my money back.
