I would like to inform my Vodafone No. on Dated **-**-**** disconnected while the last date of my bill payment is **-**-****. My Vodafone mobile number disconnected because of my previous operator airtel bill rupees ***.**/-. It is wrong. My last operator Airtel due to making a wrong bill Rupees ***.**/- of my mobile number. I did not pay them but they made improvements which I have paid.
My mobile number services disconnected from **-**-**** to date. I also mailed Vodafone many times and sent bill receipts to him several times and I myself went to Vodafone Store Riddhi Siddhi, Vodafone Mini Store Durgapura, Vodafone Store Gaurav Tower Malviya Nagar Jaipur and deposited the bill receipt twice. Even after that my mobile number was discontinued. I have become very upset at the mind and body of calling Vodafone and Airtel's helpline number, mailing Vodafone and going to Vodafone store. I am a patient of my own heart. I cannot run for the most part but Vodafone and Airtel have troubled me. I am attaching the receipt of previous operator Airtel as a proof.
Strict action should be taken on Vodafone and Airtel so that no future consumer is worried.
