I booked bus tickets worth Rs.****.** of Jagdamba Tourism(JT) via yatra.com...Yatra ref. No. ************* and PNR No. A*EJVTMM, Jagdamba Tourism(JT) had cancelled the bus tickets and I was unable to travel...I asked for a refund from Yatra but they are not replying of my mail and not able to connect their customer care number, and not received any refund after * days of the cancellation of ticket by the operator itself.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
